Bearing the Name of Christ

Jesus' disciple, John, freaked out when he saw a man casting out a demon in Jesus' name that wasn't a part of their group! To which Jesus said, "Don't stop him! Whoever is not against us is FOR us!!" So many times, we get in a fuss when we see another church or group having success instead of celebrating that God is doing something awesome in the world! As we've been saying, this entire discourse from John 6 has been one of the "harder" sayings of Jesus. It takes some digging into! But, the truth of who Jesus is has been revealed to us through his Word. Everything we need to be saved is right there in it! We just have to decide if Jesus' words are enough for us. Jesus died and rose again for us so that might believe that his words are worth more than enough to give our life for.
