Harvest Testimonies

We love to give our members opportunities to share what Harvest Anglican has meant to them. We invite you to come and see!

“Our family has really loved worshiping at Harvest. Everyone has been extremely friendly and welcoming. The mixture of contemporary worship music and liturgy creates a meaningful worship experience for our whole family. My kids come home each week singing the songs from the service. We are so thankful to have found Harvest, and we’re excited to see how God is going to continue to use this church in our community!”

Shortly after moving from Sewickley PA to Simpsonville SC, I was on a quest to find a new church home. I prayed that the Lord will lead me to a church where I can worship and serve Him. After visiting several churches, the Lord kept bringing me back to Harvest Church and I truly believe He answered my prayers.

I see Harvest Church as a caring, Christian family church driven by the Gospel, committed to sharing the love of Christ with a simple but profound vision to call our community to Christ through the authority of the Bible, and the beauty of structured prayer rooted in tradition yet contemporary in practice. I am so thankful that the Lord led me to this amazing church family and I pray others may come and experience the joy of communion with Him here at Harvest.

Whether you are looking for a new place to hear from God, a place to find God, a new church home or you’re in town visiting, COME AS YOU ARE. You will be received by a caring Christian community growing in faith, and sharing the saving grace of Jesus Christ from the pulpit, in the programs and by wonderful welcome team that embraces you with a true genuine SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY!

“In March 2019, as the church we attended had shuddered its doors in fear of an unknown virus, we, like many, felt tossed into the sea. Our ache for communion was gut-wrenching. Reserved for clergy on the camera side of online worship, we asked, "What about us? Can there be another way?" As silence often precedes a new beginning, we waited and listened. During that year, we discovered and joined a congregation worshipping in a socially-distanced, open-air setting. But, while communion was offered, it was not an every Sunday practice. Last fall, feeling the nudge to journey away for communion, we visited at some friend's mention of finding their new church. We came to Harvest, and we stayed. Our experience has been a revival for our spirits and overwhelming joy of the Lord for our souls. Sunday by Sunday, we experience the Gospel read, taught, and lived out. Come and see.”

We became unchurched in 2020, so we set out on a very extensive search for a true "home" church. We landed in a local congregation for a considerable time but last autumn we felt called to restart our search.  At the invite of friends of ours, we visited Harvest, and we came back for more! We have been attending Harvest Church now since early in 2023. What we find here is a wonderfully balanced blend of traditional and contemporary, unlimited joy in worship, a graceful exceptionally moving celebration of the communion service each week, as well as truly genuine friendliness and sense of community. All of this is in a bright open atmosphere! Corporate worship, Bible studies, small meeting groups, Men's group, Women's group, Youth group, Children's group and genuine heartfelt fellowship. It really is all here!

“We came to Harvest seeking genuine and biblically-based worship. The richness of the service, the inviting atmosphere, and community have allowed us to greatly grow in our faith in Christ.”
